Annatina Menn practices in the fields of art and intellectual property law (in particular copyright, trademark and design law), media and communications law, unfair competition law and contract law. In these areas of law, she advises domestic and foreign players in the various entertainment and creative industries, the art industry and various technology sectors. She also has extensive experience in planning and construction law and regularly litigates before Swiss courts or (international) arbitration tribunals. She received her doctorate in film copyright law.
