Dr. Alesch Staehelin Attorney at Law
Alesch Staehelin advises and represents clients in all matters relating to «Data, IT/IP & Media»: He drafts, reviews and negotiates contracts of all kinds (especially complex, time-critical and cross-border tech deals), he advises on data protection, IT security, digital transformation, new technologies, social media, copyright, entertainment and media law, trademark, design and patent law (incl. know-how protection), unfair competition, e-commerce etc., he mediates in contentious projects, and he conducts court and arbitration proceedings. Alesch is a lecturer at various Swiss universities and a former journalist (e.g., NZZ).
